Shipping policy

We will deliver watches to the address provided during the order. Orders will be dispatched through Federal Express or an alternative carrier.

Most watch orders will be dispatched within seven days, subject to payment and stock availability. Delivery by Federal Express is expected within three working days (EU, USA, Canada, APAC), and up to five working days for other regions.

While we aim for timely deliveries, the indicated delivery times are approximate, and any delays won't make the delivery time critical.

If an immediate order fulfillment is not possible, we will inform you of the delay.

Upon delivery, ownership of watches transfers to you. Post-delivery, any loss or destruction of watches is not THE SKETCHROOM LIMITED's liability.
